3. Various environmental protection plans of the entries in the factory are finished, submit the local environmental protection department approval, the factory can give a completed report environmental protection plan, namely Reports for authority the departments (Labor/environment/medical).

4. Annual Workplace Condition Evaluation Report, which belongs to the category of Indoor Inspection and does not need to be submitted to the local environmental protection department for approval.

5. Waste water/ Air/Noise Monitoring Report, which belongs to Outdoor Inspection and needs to be submitted to local environmental protection department for approval.

6. Hazardous waste transfer contract and joint document records must be available. The company carrying out hazardous waste transfer should be qualified to provide (Contract for removal of waste/Certification of waste removal body/Records for removal of waste).
