Vietnam's definition of forced labor

China and Vietnam have similar legal requirements on resignation, guarantee, overtime, salary, restriction, coercion, deposit, document seizure, freedom of movement and other aspects.

Note: As there are news of prison labor in factories in Southeast Asian countries, the use of prison labor in factories may lead to potential forced labor. In the social responsibility audit, the majority of buyers basically do not accept the use of prison workers in the factory.

In Vietnam alone, it is true that some traders went to the factory and saw with their own eyes the situation in the factory workshop where soldiers with guns were guarding prisoners for production (the factory was opposite to the provincial prison, and the factory management claimed that they only accepted prisoners for production because of official requirements).
